	Make your donation worth more by ticking the box below if you are able to:
	I want all donations I have made to USPG in the past four years, and any donations I make in the future, to be treated as Gift Aid donations, until I notify you otherwise.
	To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax must at least equal the amount the charity reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year. Visit the HRMC website for more information.
