Humanitarian Aid in North Korea

Target: £5,410/€6,220 | Project 507
Supporting peace and reconciliation through humanitarian aid
Towards Peace in Korea (TOPIK) is a Project run by the Anglican Church of Korea. It is teaching Anglicans about peace as part of the church’s support for the reunification of North and South Korea.
TOPIK co-ordinator the Revd Joachim H Kim explained: ‘In order for us to solve the problem of reunification, international solidarity and co-operation are absolutely necessary.
The division of two Koreas resulted from the political dynamics of superpowers in the region, so we have come to a consensus that it is essential to have collaboration with the surrounding countries.’
