St Anne’s Hospital, Malawi

Target: £12,010/€16,020 | Project 128
Providing vital healthcare to impoverished communities in Nkhotakota
Malawi is under constant threat of famine. It is prone to drought to heavy rainfall, both of which can destroy crops and leave families hungry. A quarter of Malawi’s population survive on just one meagre meal a day.
Added to these difficulties is the high prevalence of HIV/AIDS, which is decimating the working population.
Faced with these terrible hardships, the Anglican Church is reaching out through the provision of healthcare.
